I get a confirmation that my order has been processed?
Yes,
we will email you a confirmation, including your order number, an
itemization of the products you ordered and the total amount charged. We
will send a subsequent email when we ship your products, including
tracking information, if available.

I check the status of my order?
Yes, if you ordered online you can go to your Your Account and click on
Order History or you can click on the link in the confirmation email
that we sent to you.
How
long can I expect delivery to take?
Most
items are shipped approximately within 1-2 days of ordering.
We do not process orders or ship on Holidays, Saturdays or
Sundays. After processing
your order shipping will take the appropriate time allotted depending on
the shipping method of your choice.

long does my refund take?
Refunds
generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing
cycles. Since all our online orders require credit cards as a method of
payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same
credit card used to make the original purchase.

will be asked for a shipping address, name and phone number when you
enter your order. Please
enter the gift recipient's information as requested or we will not be
